Green Darjeeling is considered a rare find as the region where it's grown is mostly known for its black teas. Green Darjeeling is harvested and crafted in small batches from small farms. The tea is processed with a focus on a higher quality plucking standard and more uniform processing in the factory. This tea is bright and malty with a light Muscatel character and cedar finish of Darjeeling and light floral and menthol notes of Green tea.

3 grams (2 tsp) of leaves per 8 Oz (240 ml) water
Brewing temp: 190-195F
Brewing time: 2-3 minutes, increasing with each steeping
